American Airlines Internal communications network

Situation

In 2013 American Airlines was agreed to a merger with US Airways and began its recovery from bankruptcy. Employees who remained at the company had lost their pensions, wages reduced, and lived ini fear of the future. With a new CEO and executive team taking over a major effort to reinvigorate the company and its employees began. This is when I started at American as a Visual Design Art Director.

Task

I was tasked with designing screens for a new internal communications network of screens throughout the AA campus and all AA buildings meant to inform and connect employees with the daily changes in operations and build moral.
